Good morning Cottage Fix crew! This is my time of year here on the east coast of Virginia. Oh yes, this is what I was waiting for! The air turned crisp and cool over the last couple of days and up went the windows. The fresh air feels so good breezing in.
Here are a few of my Cottage Fix fall favorites from last year’s season.
I’m ready for pumpkin spiced everything, including this sour cream pumpkin bread with chocolate chips.
Last year I planted kale and purple violas in the back garden. This fall look is so easy and inexpensive. Nothing says fall like the changing of the leaves.See you soon.
I get so excited when I see a new post from you on my blog roll! Love seeing your little cottage…the brick floor is beautiful, one of my future goals when we buy something of our own:) Enjoy the cooler weather, looking forward to being able to open things up here but we probably still have a couple of months to go for that!
Thanks so much Victoria!! Our cooler weather is in the mid eighties, but the humidity went away. That alone makes the world of difference!

Your fall photos are timeless and gorgeous!!

Oh Fall, I love this season for one singular reason of being able dress up like a grandpa in my oversize coats and fedora hats. I love your mix of cottage chic and simple fall decor.
What beautiful photos! I adore fall and your cottage is so charming all dressed for the season…

Wonderfully inspiring homes you have Sally, your home invites us In For a comfortable sit for awhile.
Everything you post makes me wish your sweet cottage were mine… Those birck floors inspire me to look into some tile brick for my living room. Perhaps it could capture a bit of what you have here.
I am looking forward to winter here and what the holidays bring.
See you soon, happy fall.
Xx

You’ve incorporated some nice Fall decor into your home. That pumpkin bread looks divine! It’s finally feeling cooler here for me to consider Fall foods like that.
Beautiful, as always, Sally. I think your cottage does Fall justice 🙂
