Life has been moving in full speed this week with jam packed days of soccer games, doctor appointments, and musical performances. I don’t mind it though. I stumbled upon a couple of hours this morning and decided to have coffee and a snuggle with sweet Paisley on the sofa — ahh … what a nice start to what is shaping up to be one crazy day of running around town.

making room for music

Talk about one super-sized, spontaneous furniture purchase — a baby grand!  We have been toying around with the idea of a piano for a couple of years now.  The bottom line is I didn’t want to give up some of my favorite furniture pieces.  They weren’t fancy or expensive pieces, I just couldn’t bare to part with them.  But, I did.  And I am so glad I did.  My son has been filling our house with the most beautiful music, […]
